How InTandem Works

As you start walking, InTandem plays music at your pace.

This helps you synchronize your steps with the beat.

Next, InTandem will support you through a 30-minute walking session.

During a Session

The music will gradually change speed and become more challenging.

InTandem is monitoring whether a pace seems too difficult based on the quality of your walking and will respond as needed.

Use InTandem 3x per week or as prescribed by your doctor
